1,鉑(bó)銠10-鉑熱(rè)電偶(分(fēn)度(dù)號為S,也(yě)稱為單鉑銠(lǎo)熱(rè)電偶(ǒu))
S型(xíng)熱(rè)電(diàn)偶(ǒu)的(dí)正極成份(fèn)為(wéi)含銠(lǎo)10%的(dí)鉑銠合(hé)金,負(fù)極(jí)為純(chún)鉑(bó);它的特(tè)點是:
(1)熱電性能(néng)穩(wěn)定,抗(kàng)氧化性強,宜(yí)在氧化性(xìng)氣(qì)氛中連續使(shǐ)用,長期(qī)使用(yòng)溫度可(kě)達(dá)1300℃,超(chāo)達(dá)1400℃時,即(jí)使在(zài)空氣中(zhōng),純鉑(bó)絲也將(jiāng)會再(zài)結(jié)晶,使晶粒粗(cū)大而斷(duàn)裂(liè);
(2)精度(dù)高,它(tā)是在所有(yǒu)熱電(diàn)偶(ǒu)中,準確度(dù)等級(jí)J高的,通(tōng)常用作標準或測(cè)量較(jiào)高的溫(wēn)度;
(3)使(shǐ)用範(fàn)圍較廣,均匀(yún)性及互換(huàn)性好;
(4)主要(yào)缺點有:微分熱(rè)電勢較(jiào)小,因而靈敏度(dù)較低(dī);價格(gé)較貴,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度(dù)低(dī),不適(shì)宜(yí)在還(huán)原(yuán)性(xìng)氣(qì)氛(fēn)或(huò)有金屬蒸汽(qì)的(dí)條件下(xià)使(shǐ)用。

兩(liǎng)種(zhǒng)不(bù)同成分(fēn)的導體兩(liǎng)端(duān)經焊接,形(xíng)成回路(lù),直接(jiē)測(cè)溫(wēn)端叫測(cè)量(liáng)端,接綫端子端叫參比端。當測量(liáng)端和(hé)參(cān)比端存(cún)在溫(wēn)差(chà)時,就會在回路中產生(shēng)熱(rè)電流(liú),接上(shàng)顯示儀表(biǎo),儀(yí)表上就(jiù)指示(shì)出熱電偶,產生(shēng)的(dí)熱(rè)電動勢的對(duì)應溫度值。熱(rè)電(diàn)偶的(dí)熱(rè)電動(dòng)勢將(jiāng)隨著(zhuó)測量端溫度升(shēng)高而增(zēng)長,熱(rè)電(diàn)動勢的大小(xiǎo)隻(zhī)和熱電(diàn)偶(ǒu)導(dǎo)體材(cái)質以及兩端溫(wēn)差有關(guān),和熱(rè)電極的(dí)長(cháng)度,直徑(jìng)無關。
